With over three decades of experience in the hair design industry, Alicia Igess Jones has built a reputation as an industry innovator and entrepreneur. Inspired by her grandmother, a hair stylist and tenacious entrepreneur, Alicia has carried on that family legacy since the tender age of 11, eventually growing her passion and vision for hair design into her first salon, Urban Tangles.
Her innovative approaches to hair design and comprehensive industry knowledge have established Alicia as a highly sought-after hair artist in the Atlanta area and around the world, where she has styled some of the most notable who’s who. Today, Alicia is educating and showcasing new generations of stylists by expanding Urban Tangles into an educational studio where the hottest up-and-coming talent can learn and showcase their talents.
